700 g potatoes, greasy
300 g beef
80 g onions
60 g clarified butter
1 teasp. parsley
Cook and peel the potatoes and then cut them into wafer-thin slices.
Chop the onions finely.
Coarsely cut up the beef. Heat the clarified butter in the pan and fry the onions in it till lightly browned. Add the potatoes, turn them as they are frying and continue frying them with the beef.
(The crispier the dish, the more delicious its taste). Season, put onto plates, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
