(Pancakes à la Veronika)
Ingredients for the pancakes:
250 g flour
0.5 l milk
4 eggs
salt, butter
Preparation:
Mix the milk, flour and eggs with a pinch of salt into a smooth semi-liquid paste. Sauté in hot butter until the pancakes turn golden brown and paper thin.

Ingredients for the pancakes:
40 g butter
40 g sugar
0.2 l orange juice
2 soup spoons fruit pulp (raspberry, strawberry, …)
6 cl fruit brandy
Grand Marnier
Preparation:
Allow the butter and sugar to caramelise in a pan, deglaze with orange juice and stir in the fruit pulp. Flavour the sauce with a little Grand Marnier (a French orange liqueur). Place the pancakes in a triangular shape into the sauce and coat them with it.
Finally, flambé with Tyrolean fruit brandy and serve up just as you fancy.
