Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is suitable for both newcomers to the sport and for more ambitious sportsmen. There is hardly another form of sport that is so beneficial, relatively free from risks and accessible to all.

What’s more, this gentle endurance sport is easy on the joints and, when the sticks are used correctly, offers an excellent way to tone up the whole body.

Nordic walkers can indulge in their favourite sport by using four waymarked routes of between 3 and 13 km and thus discover the unique characteristics of the Seefeld High Plateau.

These routes are constantly being extended so that, in future, more than 140km of waymarked Nordic walking routes of varying degrees of difficulty will be available.

Sportsmen’s hearts beat more quickly in the bracing air at 1,200m, and for those who are still not sure of themselves, the most highly trained coaches and suitable sticks are available.
