Page 6 of 6 News: Special Winter Olympics 2008: From 17 to 22 January 2008 the 3rd national winter games of the Special Olympics Austria will be held in Innsbruck, Mutters and Rinn. More than 1200 sportsmen and women, 400 trainers from the nine federal regions and participants from a further 15 nations will take part. The 2008 European football championship: Visit the Tyrol in summer 2008 and experience at first hand the European football championship: The regional capital Innsbruck is the venue for three encounters and also the ideal starting point to get rapidly to all game venues in Austria and Switzerland.
